Hi, I'm

Dylan Modesitt

, a programmer.

I am a computer science and mathematics student at MIT. I am interested in a range of topics including Machine Learning, Systems, and Performance.

I currently work for the summer (2018) at Five Rings Capital, a proprietary trading firm in NYC.

I have done research in the Affective Computing Group on Generative Conversational Agents. Before, I worked at Apple working on routing algorithms for Apple Maps.

I have also done research for the Decentralized Information Group in CSAIL, working on policy reasoning applications. I also have worked on Machine Learning for CERN's LHC.

Before this, I worked on enterprise applications in the environmental industry at ENFOS, more specifically on developing for iOS.

I used to teach a MIT IAP course called 6.s183 in developing iOS Applications with Swift programming language.

In my spare time, I develop open source software like visualization tools for Keras, various iOS applications, or just little snippets of cool code all of which you can find on Github.

I also do Machine Learning Consulting for small companies. If you are interested, check out Hidden Layer.

For fun, I also shoot for the Varsity Rifle Team at MIT.

You can contact me if you are interested in working together.
